Here’s a realistic comparison between no HeatCover+ and having HeatCover+ in place:
Standard oil boiler service is a one-time expense at £156.00.
HeatCover+ V4 is £432.00 per year.
If we do the maths, without the HeatCover+ plan, you could save £276.00. However, this rarely happens. Standard boiler service usually involves additional costs (hoses, baffles, turbulators, etc.)
Plus, it covers the rest of the house. With the included boiler service to ensure your boiler is in the best condition possible.

Our HeatCover+ is a comprehensive, multi-tier based boiler, heating system and whole house cover. Designed to keep your home running smoothly and reliably throughout the year. It covers breakdowns, repairs (parts and labour), and annual servicing, giving you complete peace of mind.

We offer flexible payments to suit nearly any budget. Depending on the cover you need, cover plans start from £10/mo for a basic boiler service plan to £47/mo for the most comprehensive, all-bells-and-whistles plan.

This depends on your plan: if you decide to include the excess in your plan, then no. However, if you choose to go with excess plans, there is a fee of £55.00 per breakdown.
This is a flat fee, and regardless of the claim amount, you won’t pay any more.
Most natural gas-fired, LPG-fired (liquid petroleum gas), oil-fired (kerosene C2 28sec) and direct electric boilers.
Boilers must be less than 20 years old and in full working order. Unfortunately, we do not currently cover heat pumps, solid fuel boilers, or AGA-type heating appliances.
If your boiler is beyond economical repair, we will offer a suitable replacement and provide you with a £750 HeatCover+ discount.
This discount is not based on how long you have been with us, whether you have been with us for 2 months or 2 years.

We want you to stay because you wish to stay with us, not because you are enrolled in a contract.
You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Due to how we take payments, direct debit may not be cancelled instantly, and payment may leave your account. Please give us at least 10 working days’ notice before your payment is due to leave.
